As if someone made them, then said "Hey buddy, I'll give you 20 quid to put this table-cloth on your head and hold this sign while we take your picture." "Slay"? "Behead"? "Butchaa"? These don't sound like words that a typical English-speaking person would use if they were pissed off. It would sound a lot angrier and more violent, wouldn't it? These are CATCH-WORDS; "butchaa" is for the younger 'gansta' crowd!!!

IT'S A HAPPY FAMILY OF "TERRORISTS"!!!

While I don't see anything in these photos that specifically convinces me that they are fraudulent, I see no reason why these people would protest in such a pointless fashion either.
While we do know that militant extremists can be quite a nutty bunch (See Jon Ronson's "Them"), this would also be quite an efficient way of spreading anti-muslim sentiment, assuming it was a fabricated event. The CIA has an undeniable history of using actors to influence public opinion, and while this case is impossible to prove, it is fairly suspect, and shows once again that it pays not to trust everything that is served up on the media's public platter.
Mind you, the signs all have the ssame hand-writing... hmmm...
